  3. This is the program that I described in the Dec. '85 issue of BYTE.
  4. See BREKDOWN.DOC for a description of the program.  Note that you can only
  5. RE-compile BREKDOWN.PAS if you have the TURBO Database Toolbox.  Sample
  6. output is found in four files:

  8.   BREKDOWN.XMP   Examples of several levels
  9.   OLDZEN.RAW     Some raw output produced from a level-8 BREKDOWN of
  10.                  100K of Zen text
  11.   OLDZEN.TXT     More output from the same old text, but cleaned up,
  12.                  punctuated, and formatted.  Pretty convincing!
  13.   REAGAN.OUT     A BREKDOWN of President Reagan's state-of-the-union.

  18. PLEASE run the README program for a full explanation of NAMEGRAM.  I have
  19. released this small-scale version into the public domain so that you may
  20. try it and see if you like it.  The capabilities of the larger version
  21. are detailed in the README program.

  32.      RONALDWI.LSO   A portion of the equally huge number of anagrams of
  33.                     RONALD WILSON REAGAN

  35. NAMEGRAM runs on any IBM PC or true compatible.  It was written in TURBO
  36. Pascal.  The word files were gleaned from many sources and hand-edited by
  37. the author.  The README program contains the DOC files compressed within
  38. itself -- these screens were created using "SAYWHAT?!", a screen and
  39. program generator for DBASE, TURBO, and BASIC.

  41. NAMEGRAM has not been tested for memory requirements.  The small version
  42. shouldn't have any trouble, but the large might need 256K for a name that
  43. has a LOT of possible anagrams.  Chips are cheap -- YOU deserve 640K!
